To perform a quick skin patch test, mix your chosen remedy and apply it behind your ear or on your upper inner arm. Wait for 5 minutes to see if there is redness, a rash, swelling, or itching. If nothing happens, you can go ahead and use the remedy. If you do experience symptoms, do not use it!

You may be thinking about what water has to do with getting rid of sagging skin but as I mentioned above, dehydration or less water consumption can cause the skin to lose its elasticity. This is because water helps keep the skin hydrated and moist which in turn makes the skin tight and plump.

Now drinking water short-term will not get you the results you want, you need to make this lifestyle change and drink 5-8 glasses of water per day. This will keep your skin healthy, reduce toxins, and best of all, strengthen your skin and improve elasticity.
