Ingredients for 7 80ml shots | Total time: 20 minutes

  • 4 large oranges (peeled & chopped)
  • 4 large lemons (peeled & chopped)
  • 2 grapefruit (peeled & chopped)
  • 1 cup of pineapples ( fresh)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 4 inches of ginger root (washed & chopped)
  • 1 cup of water

How To Make Vitamin C Shots

To make your vitamin C wellness shots, start by adding all of the ingredients above into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. You may have to add the ingredients in increments if your blender is small.

Get a large bowl and a fine mesh strainer and pour 1/4 of the juice, using a spoon, stir and press down to strain the juice. Discard the pulps and repeat the process for the rest of the juice.

Get a funnel and pour the strained juice into small 80ml bottles, close the lids tightly and place them in the fridge.
