Not only is this drink safe to use but it is tasty and easy to make. If you have the ingredients, your drink can be ready in less than 5 minutes.
I used to weigh over 120 kilograms a few years ago and trust me, I know what it feels like to carry around excess fat around the belly area. As much as I recommend drinking the following bedtime drink for weight loss, I also ask that you please consult your doctor before trying it if you have any health problems. Because this drink consists of ginger and cayenne pepper, it can cause high blood pressure and allergies in people who already have these conditions.
- 1-inch ginger root
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 2 glasses of water
Preparation & Consumption
Grate the ginger and cut the lemon into slices without peeling it and set them aside. Add the water into a teapot and set it on the stove, add in the ginger root along with the lemon and let it come to a boil, cut off the heat. Add in the cayenne pepper, cinnamon powder, and stir until all of the ingredients are mixed properly.
Let the mixture sit for 15 minutes and using a small eye strainer, strain it into a large glass, stir in the honey, and drink it right away before you go to bed. This drink can be consumed 3 to 4 times during the day 30 minutes before or during meals to help you digest, burn, and eat less food.
