This recipe is not a cure for stomach fat, to lose weight and keep it off, you will need to follow a low-calorie diet, take exercise regularly, drink enough water and lead a better lifestyle. That said if you follow this 3-day detox diet while on this detox drink, you will lose at least 3 pounds around your waist.

Ingredients:

  • 12 cups of water
  • 2 inches of fresh ginger root
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 medium lemons or lime
  • 3 tablespoons of organic aloe vera juice
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapples

Preparation:

wash the mint leaves and set it aside, squeeze the lemons and remove the seeds, cut the pineapples into little cubes and set it aside, grate the ginger, slice the cucumbers into little round circles.

In a large pitcher, add the water and combine all of the ingredients above into the water along with the aloe vera juice. Stir the mixture and set it into the fridge for 2 hours to infuse the water.
